يحق لكل مستفيد أو متبرع أو متطوع أن يطلب حذف بياناته الشخصية من سجلاتنا، أو حذف صورة تخصّه أو تخص طفله من موادنا الإعلامية، أو تصحيح بيانات غير دقيقة. عبّئ النموذج أدناه، أو راسلنا على contact@palfoodbank.org وضع في الموضوع «طلب حذف بيانات».
ماذا يحدث بعد الإرسال
- نؤكد استلام طلبك خلال 7 أيام عمل.
- قد نتواصل معك للتحقق من هويتك قبل التنفيذ، حمايةً لبياناتك من طلب غير مشروع.
- ننفّذ الحذف خلال 30 يوماً كحد أقصى من لحظة التحقق.
ما الذي يُحذف
بياناتك الشخصية في سجل المستفيدين أو المتبرعين (الاسم، رقم الهوية، الهاتف، العنوان، ملاحظات الحالة)، والصور والمقاطع التي تظهر فيها ضمن موادنا الإعلامية على الموقع ومنصاتنا.
ما الذي قد يبقى
سجلات محاسبية أو تقارير تدقيق يشترط المانح أو النظام المالي الاحتفاظ بها لمدة محددة. في هذه الحالة نُبقي الحد الأدنى فقط، ونخبرك بما بقي وسببه ومدته. كما لا نستطيع ضمان حذف نسخ أعاد نشرها طرف ثالث خارج صفحاتنا.

Data Deletion Request — Palestinian Food Bank
Beneficiaries, donors and volunteers may request deletion of their personal data, removal of a photo or video showing them or their child, correction of inaccurate records, or access to the data we hold. Use the form above, or email contact@palfoodbank.org with "Data deletion request" in the subject line.
What is deleted: your personal details in our beneficiary or donor records (name, ID number, phone, address, case notes) and images of you in our media on our website and channels.
What may be retained: accounting records or audit reports we are required to keep for a set period by a donor or by financial regulation. We keep the minimum and tell you what remains, why, and for how long. We cannot guarantee removal of copies republished by third parties outside our channels.
Timeline: receipt confirmed within 7 working days; deletion completed within a maximum of 30 days from identity verification. See our Privacy Policy for details.
